Chilos is a qualified and experienced leadership mentor, conflict mitigation/resolution, and negotiation consultant with many years of experience. He is an enthusiastic, exceptional, and highly motivated person, reliable, responsible, and hard-working. He is a good administrator with excellent time and team management skills. He is good communicator with proven interpersonal skills and used to working with teams while also being capable of using his own initiative to solve critical problems.
Chilos is skilled in dealing with problems in a resourceful manner and negotiating to achieve beneficial agreement. He is the Executive Director of the Center for Leadership and Development (CLD) in Imo State. His Education Qualifications are B.Engr. Electrical / Electronics and PGD Computer Science
